Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must return items within
30 days of delivery date. Airplane orders must be in unopened
condition for a full refund. If airplanes have been opened they will
be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Airplanes must be returned in
original and new condition and packed in the original boxes.
All
items must be returned pre paid freight.
All
returned items must include a copy of the original invoice.
No
COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be
issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping
charges.
